The returned item must be:

• In its original, intact packaging

• With all included accessories (if any)

3. Return Process

We will reply within 1 business day with detailed return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@pocketleaf.eu. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us, and the product will be replaced or refunded.
