4.1. Products are delivered free of charge via parcel networks (Omniva, DPD Pickup, LP Express, or partner networks) in the following countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium.
4.2. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment. Estimated delivery times:

• Lithuania: 1–3 business days

• Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
  4.3. The Buyer must provide accurate delivery information.
  4.4. No customs duties or additional taxes apply to deliveries within the EU.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
5.2. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

5.4. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer unless the product is defective.

6. Liability

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g., couriers).
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for errors made by the Buyer when entering order details.
